About peloids to beauty and health

Peloid is a natural sediment of oligomineral colloidal structure and contains biologically active substances and living microorganisms. It is formed by sedimentation in natural water sources, volcanic activity, or in mud geysers. Peloid has a high heat capacity and the ability to retain heat, and as a rule contains therapeutically active substances – salts, gases and biostimulants.

Apart from health purposes, peloids can also be used in cosmetics as part of wellness services for relaxation and detoxification. Due to their lubricity and specific composition, they give the skin elasticity. The healing properties of the mud have been scientifically proven, but doctors warn that any application must be carried out under strictly controlled conditions by experts.
